MUJI x Honda Release Collaborative MS01 Electric Bike
A practical, ergonomic design.
MUJI and Honda have joined forces on a new electric bike crafted for practicality. Dubbed the MS01, the e-bike takes inspiration from MUJI’s H-type bicycle — a simple and ergonomic design for everyday use. The collaboration comes after MUJI’s past team-up with Finnish tech company Sensible 4, featuring a miniature self-driving GACHA shuttle bus that launched back in 2019.
The MS01 arrives with 17-inch wheels, along with features such as keyless unlocking, LCD instrument panel, aluminum alloy handlebars and LED front and rear headlights. The e-bike needs to be charged only once or twice a week for daily use, and runs on a 400W motor and 48V lithium battery, with speeds going up to 25 km/h.
Take a closer look at the MS01 down below. The e-bike, priced at ¥4,980 CNY (approximately $744 USD) and arriving in black and white colorways, is limited to 5,000 units and available for purchase via WeChat “MUJI Travel.”
