Megan Thee Stallion Officially Joins the MCU
The rapper will make a cameo appearance, playing herself.
Megan Thee Stallion is adding a new title to her filmography, officially joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe with her debut in Disney Plus‘ series She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.
The rapper has been cast as herself for a cameo appearance in a new episode of the show. As revealed by Deadline, the Grammy-winning artist gets involved in a legal case handled by Augustus “Pug” Pugliese (played by Josh Segarra). While not much information is available just yet, the actor shared a few details on Meg’s MCU debut. “A gentleman is being catfished by somebody that lives in another universe, let’s say. Another world.” He continued: “So he thinks he’s dating one person, and he’s not, so we need to help him figure that out.”
As of writing, it’s unknown whether Meg’s appearance will be a brief cameo or if she will star in more scenes. Aside from the MCU, the star is also set to make her big-screen debut with A24‘s musical comedy F*cking Identical Twins starring Nathan Lane, Megan Mullally and Bowen Yang.
