Oscar the Grouch and Flamingo Estate Celebrate Their Love of Trash With Its First-Ever Clothing Collection

“It’s called a trash can, not a trash can’t.”

California-based Flamingo Estate has formed a friendship with Sesame Street Workshop, delivering the wellness and farm-focused brand’s first clothing collection.

Using our favorite childhood curmudgeon, Oscar the Grouch as the face of this bright campaign, tapping the less-than-cuddly character as its latest face. Arriving in the brand’s signature shade of green and crafted from recycled cotton and hemp, the collection includes a cheeky white dad hat that reads, “I Heart Trash,” the graphic also appearing on a short-sleeved T-shirt. Oscar’s familiar catchphrase, “Scram!” is featured in big bold letters on a green shirt, while a deep green crewneck sweater encourages passerbys to “Have A Rotten Day.”

Joining the collection is a spacious, co-branded tote bag, providing a much-needed carryall for everyday errands and spur of the moment adventures.

Take a look at Flamingo Estate x Sesame Streetworkshop’s collection in the gallery above. With prices ranging from $65 USD to $135 USD, the collaboration is available on Flamingo Estate’s online store.
