ILIA Beauty has shaken up things for winter 2023 and expanded into skincare with the launch of its Bright Start Eye Cream.
As the skin under the eyes is the thinnest on the face and needs the most attention during the colder months, the sea fennel extract, upcycled avocado extract caffeine and peptides formulated in the Bright Start Eye Cream penetrate the under-eye area with weightless yet effective moisture — instantly brightening the eye area. “I found so many eye creams that didn’t work with concealer or provide all the benefits I was looking for,” Founder Sasha Plavsic states in a press release. “Bright Start targets my concerns and feels amazing in the morning as a wake-up call for eyes. It sinks in where placed, smoothing and hydrating for seamless concealer application.”
