Chloë Bailey's Decision to Feature Chris Brown Leaves Fans 'In Pieces' — Is She Problematic?
Not a great week for the Bailey sisters…
Chloë Bailey just announced the release date of new music off her debut album In Pieces, with a feature from Chris Brown, leaving fans shocked.
Announcing the February 24 release of “How Does It Feel,” with Brown, Bailey posts the single cover art where the two of them stare deeply into each other’s eyes.

Fans immediately began to reply with sentiments of disdain. “We will absolutely not be streaming. catch you next time tho,” one follower tweeted. The controversy follows the public altercation between her sister, Halle Bailey, her boyfriend DDG and his ex Rubi Rose. Not a great week for the duo, however, some fans believe it may be part of a bigger plan to distract from her sister’s current media frenzy.
For the unfamiliar, Brown was notoriously canceled after a domestic violence altercation with ex-partner Rihanna and then Karrueche Tran. Bailey’s career signifies female empowerment and exudes power as she rides solo, a contrast from her duo days with Chloe x Halle. As a result, her choice to feature a known abuser may not be one she can come back from.
we will not be streaming pookie, hope that helps 🫶🏾
