Hailey Bieber Trades in Glazed Donut Nails for TikTok's "Red Nail Theory" Mani
On to the next trend.
On the beauty side of pop culture, we know Hailey Bieber as the “glazed donut” nail queen. We’ve seen many sides of the trend, and to date it’s still going. However, the mogul has returned to the basics with a classic manicure, testing TikTok‘s “Red Nail Theory.”
We first peeped Bieber spotting the mani on her Instagram within the last week and according to her current feed, it seems she’s sticking beside the popular nail color. For those unfamiliar with what “Red Nail Theory” is, in short, it feeds off the male’s “mommy issues” (in a non-negative way.) Men (including myself), on first glance of any red manicure, are said to want to compliment them with some even reporting men falling in love with them off the strength of the timeless nail polish color.
Over the weekend, the Rhode Skin founder posted photos of her on a mountain climbing excursion showing how heroic the shade can be. This may be the dawn of a new nail era for Beebs. We’ll be staying tuned.
