New Balance Serves On the Court With Coco CG1 'Fuzzy Ace'

New Balance is looking to the ultimate spring sport for inspiration as 19-year-old tennis star Coco Gauff is steering the charge behind the new Coco CG1 “Fuzzy Ace.”

The latest sneaker is modeled after the quintessential tennis ball, mirroring its neon yellow hue and familiar texture with a fluffy suede fabric. The shocking color and eye-catching design will undoubtedly turn heads, giving the wearer the confidence of a pro athlete who is ranked number six in the women’s Singles World. Deviating from the norm, the Coco CG1 opts a more formidable silhouette than its low-cut counterparts as its chunky shape nods to ’90s basketball sneakers.
