Here's a First Look at the sacai x Nike Waffle Woven "Multicolor"
Constructed with a colorful woven upper.
sacai‘s Chitose Abe and Nike are continuing their longstanding partnership with another sneaker collaboration.
The duo’s collaboration dates all the way back to 2015, when they released a women’s apparel collection. The two followed up with numerous sneaker releases, the most recognizable being the LDV Waffle Daybreak.
This time around, the Japanese label and the Swoosh have created a Waffle Woven in “Multicolor,” incorporating Abe’s signature aesthetic into the footwear giant’s kicks. Constructed with a woven upper, the shoes are highlighted with a variety of colors such as neon green, navy blue, burgundy, yellow and more. The double-stacked Swooshes subtly appear through the woven material, while the signature tongues highlight the collaboration. The design is complete with a stacked “Sail” midsole and black outsole.
