siXren's Debut Album "Alien Diva" Takes Hiphop to the Futuristic Realm
Exploring human relationship with outer space, transcendence, public media and identity.
siXren’s debut album, Alien Diva, is set to shake up the hip-hop world with its futuristic sound and posthuman aesthetics. With deep 808 drums and opulent piano riffs, siXren’s sultry voice and sharp lyricism are perfectly complemented by sci-fi sound design. The album features songs written and produced in Paris, Ljubljana and Rotterdam, with Ukrainian music producer Mazhora.
But the album is just the beginning. siXren’s ambitious music video for the lead single, Architect Drillers, directed by Milena Sekulic and co-directed by Agnes Momirski, is set to take viewers on a journey through the architectures of body and power. With mixed reality visuals, including CGI avatars and monumental locations, the film narrative traverses space and time as it explores different architectures and directs four important paradigms: human relationship with outer space, transcendence, public media and identity.
