Balenciaga Is in Its "Dynasty" Era With FW23 Collection

Balenciaga is keeping our eyes covered with the introduction of its Fall/Winter 2023 “Dynasty” collection.

The assortment of eyewear offers the perfect, luxury accessories for the season, delivering a wealth of statement-making frames. The iconic double-B logos are the collection’s signature motif, evoking a sense of decadence and glamor — a hallmark of the flamboyant ’80s. The Dynasty D-Frame XL sunglasses boast a dramatic and angular silhouette, flaunting frames that stretch upwards and out for a commanding presence. Meanwhile, the Dynasty Cat 2.0 AF nods to a Y2K aesthetic with its crisp, white hue and metallic double-Bs resting on each temple.

Elsewhere, the collection’s options for the optically challenged are not for the faint of heart. The Dynasty Cut adopts a similar structural shape to the range’s sunglasses, giving “head bitch in charge” vibes with its bold frames. Joining the Cut Opt are the Dynasty Butterfly glasses, delivering a pop of color with its emerald green hue and slightly wing-like construction.

Take a look at Balenciaga’s FW23 Dynasty collection in the gallery above, which is available to shop on Balenciaga’s online store.
