CAMPARI Introduces “Negroni Week” In London This Month

Collaborating with some of the city’s best bars for twists on the classic Italian cocktail.

To celebrate this year’s “Negroni Week” in London, CAMPARI will be partnering with some of the city’s best bars to reimagine the classic cocktail through a series of limited-edition drinks, all featuring the Italian bitter.

Established in 2013, “Negroni Week” sees thousands of venues across the world pouring out drinks to support good causes. For the second year running, the charity partner is Slow Food, an organization connecting the pleasure of food with a commitment to community and the environment.

Now the brand has partnered with several of London bars to take part in Negroni Week between September 18-24. Notable drinks include The Hide’s Willy Wonka Negroni, made with shiitake mushroom-infused gin; Scarfes Bar’s Metamorphosis cocktail, featuring fortified cantaloupe and the team’s bespoke Negroni caviar, created by distilling CAMPARI into a concentrate; and the Avocado and Tomato Negroni, created by Rome’s famous Drink Kong bar and available at The Aubrey in Knightsbridge.

For more classic offerings, Milan’s legendary Camparino team has teamed up with Schofield’s Bar to take over Amaro in Kensington where they’ll be serving a trio of perfectly balanced Negronis on September 24. Elsewhere, Rivoli Bar at The Ritz will be serving an autumnal pear and chocolate-infused creation.

Check out all the venues taking part in London “Negroni Week” here.

DISCLAIMER: We discourage irresponsible and/or underage drinking. Drink responsibly and legally.
