How Hypebae's Community Styles Animal Print

From leopard print wallabees to Samsoe Samsoe’s viral Saylo bag, here’s what they’re wearing.

In our last community round-up, we looked at how our favorite baes are styling polo shirts and rugby tops. As we approach the even cooler months (alongside the festive season,) we’re seeing classic winter staples return to our wardrobe rotations, from cozy fur and shearling jackets to statement prints. This Fall/Winter 2024 season, animal print is back on the agenda, fuelled by the resurgence of cow print and a few viral items from some of our favorite brands.

As with any fashion trend, it’s entirely up to you how you’d like to wear and style it, and there really is no wrong answer, but if taking tips from your favorite creator is your preferred method — we’ve got you covered.

So far, we’ve seen animal prints styled in three key ways. The most popular method is definitely with accessories, opting for items like Samsoe Samsoe‘s cow-print bag or Damson Madder‘s adorable leopard version. Secondly, we’ve seen several creators pair a more classic look with a printed shoe, most notably Clarks Originals‘ leopard print wallabees. Often worn with baggy double denim or more “basic” outfits, the emphasis is placed on the accessory, allowing the print to shine.

Finally, we’ve seen animal prints worn as statement pants or shorts, styled with pared-back basics like black and white tees or tonal outerwear and plain-toned shoes.

Scroll down for some style inspo featuring leopard, snake and cow print from Hypebae’s community.
