These Temporary Tattoos Double As Vitamin-Packed Wellness Patches
Barriére and tattoo artist Bluestone Babe blend self-care with self-expression.
Barriére, the fun, decorative and wearable wellness brand, is teaming up with New York City-based tattoo artist Bluestone Babe to launch a collection of transdermal patches.
This vitamin product provides immune support and protects our bodies against cold and flu season with special ingredients like elderberry, zinc, vitamin D3, echinacea and andrographis. Bluestone Babe a.k.a. Rosa Perr works by tattooing hand-poked pieces, with many of her designs showing up as symbols of love and confidence. Many come to see the tattoo artist from around the world to get a small piece of her art on their bodies.
The patches are made with plant-based ingredients that are water-resistant, hypoallergenic, vegan, cruelty-free and latex-free. To use them, you’ll need to first wash your hands so there is no residue from the day on them. Then, you’ll slowly peel the patch off of its clear backing and stick it onto clean, dried skin.
