Y-3's New Campaign Is A Love Letter to New York City

Featuring Gabbriette and ASAP Nast.

Y-3 returns to New York City for its new campaign, showcasing its Fall/Winter 2024 collection. Starring cultural icons and fashion mainstays A$AP Nast and Gabbriette, the campaign poses a love letter to NYC, shot by legendary photographer Max Vadukul.

Using the city’s streets as its backdrop, the campaign fuses Y-3’s love of movement with uniformity and scale. Tributing Vadukul’s trip to New York back in 1984 — where he shot Yohji Yamamoto’s Fall/Winter collection — the campaign evolves their ongoing collaboration.

“Shooting for Y-3 in New York felt like returning home. The city’s architectural grandeur and diverse people continue to inspire my black-and-white photography. The essence of my photography lies in this interplay, making each visit to New York an inspiring and creatively fulfilling experience” explained Vadukul in a press release.

Capturing Gabbriette and Nast on the go, Y-3 FW24 celebrates spontaneity and constant motion. Along with the campaign stills, two films offer an insight into the minds of this season’s talent. “I wanna live every day like it’s my last. And I wanna fall in love with what I wear,” Gabbriette reveals.

Check out the campaign above and head to the Y-3 website for a closer look at FW24.

In case you missed it, David Koma’s LET’S SWIM returned for round two.
