Leana Deeb and Gymshark Just Solved Your Modest Gymwear Dilemma

With a new collection featuring everything from hijabs and abayas to joggers, hoodies and tunics.

What’s your go-to gym outfit? A matching sports bra and shorts combo? Or perhaps a top and leggings? While most activewear brands offer a wide array of these staples in every color imaginable, there’s one area that’s often overlooked — stylish and functional options for those who prefer modest workout clothing.

This gap in the market isn’t just a minor inconvenience, it’s a genuine barrier. According to a Gymshark study shared in a press release, “a staggering 84% of 13,147 respondents reported struggling to find modest activewear that suits their needs.” While, “three out of five people (61%) have avoided the gym altogether because the process of finding the right clothing is too difficult.” No one should feel excluded from fitness due to the lack of clothing that makes them feel comfortable and confident.

So, Gymshark’s collaboration with fitness influencer and athlete, Leana Deeb is here to make that change. Together, they’ve launched a modest activewear collection designed to bridge this gap and empower women who dress modestly to feel at ease and unstoppable during their workouts.

The collection offers a versatile range of pieces, including hijabs, abayas, joggers, hoodies and tunics — all crafted with functionality and comfort in mind. Made from stretch fabrics that allow for unrestricted movement, each piece features a relaxed fit, secure coverage and moisture management technology to keep up with the most intense training sessions.

With this innovative line, Gymshark and Deeb aim to break down barriers and prove that fitness and modesty can coexist seamlessly. The collection is now available for purchase on Gymshark’s website.
