NEEDLES has joined forces with Japanese retailer NUBIAN to drop some cold-weather tracksuits just in time for holiday travels and midwinter Instagram dumps. Tracksuits are integral to the NEEDLES brand, with colorful, soft iterations of the casual style becoming synonymous with the label. For this exclusive NUBIAN capsule, the colors are muted, and the silhouettes are exaggerated with dropping temperatures and endless layering options in mind.
Sporty stripes and elastic waistbands nod to the classic tracksuit style, but these sets are far from basic. Instead of the velour and printed polyester looks NEEDLES are known for putting out, these trackies come in selvedge denim and high-shine leather. The material change elevates the standard soft, comfy wardrobe essentials into eye-catching streetwear staples.
Both sets feature baggy bottoms and a slightly oversized jacket, complete with the brand’s signature five stripes on the sleeves and legs. NEEDLES’ embroidered butterfly logo completes both looks in brown and navy for a subtle, barely-there finish.
