Alysa Liu Earns Her Sephora Stripes
The duo is officially joining forces.
Sephora has tapped Olympic gold medalist Alysa Liu to star in the brand’s latest campaign. Harping on their shared love for stripes and roots in the Bay Area, Liu says the partnership also stems from her affinity for expressing herself through beauty. On Instagram, the duo first shared the news with a video captioned, “Alysa Liu Loves Her Stripes.”
“Excited to finally announce my partnership with Sephora! I love to exercise self-expression in every facet of my life. From my chosen art form – figure skating, and especially how I dye my hair and do my makeup,” Liu says in a press release. “Sephora helps me exercise that self-expression; it makes me feel like the best version of myself. Stay tuned for what’s next!”

The year-long partnership aims to further emphasize Sephora and Liu’s shared ethos of championing confidence, creativity and community. Beyond that, the wider collaboration has plans to tap into the figure skater’s passion for beauty and mental health awareness.
