Hailey Baldwin Walks in Her First Runway Show Since She's Become Mrs. Bieber

All for Versace.

Donatella Versace has brought Italian glamor from her hometown all the way to New York by staging Versace‘s Pre-Fall 2019 runway show in the Big Apple. Taking place on Sunday, the presentation marked the brand’s first show since it has been acquired by Michael Kors for $2.1 billion USD back in September. The date December 2 also bears a significant meaning — it would have been Gianni Versace’s 72nd birthday if the designer were still alive.

Runway darlings including the recently married Hailey Baldwin (who changed her Instagram handle to @haileybieber), Gigi Hadid, Kaia GerberLiu Wen, Fei Fei Sun, Dilone, Selena Forrest and more were tapped to walk in the New York show, which was filled with nods to Versace’s rich archive. From a reimagined version of the brand’s iconic, deep V dress (made famous by Jennifer Lopez on the 2000 Grammys red carpet), to a remix of the lavish prints that the Italian fashion house is known for, every single look at the show is injected with a sense of sultriness and youthful energy.
