Nike‘s Air Max 1 “By Day” is a minimalist’s dream. On a white base we see red, blue, yellow and teal threading weaved throughout its upper creating a standout everyday sneaker.
The classic silhouette is modeled after Paris’ Centre Pompidou museum which is a maze of brightly-colored hallways. The detailing that runs along the top and sides of the shoe is meant to replicate the window profile of the famed building. A subtle gray hue underlayed beneath the Swoosh adding dimension to the lateral. A see-through gum sole completes the “By Day” colorway.
