UPDATE 09/23: The anticipated Off-White™ x Nike Waffle Racer was originally given an early September release date, but the sneaker was not released this month. Now a new release date has surfaced, revealing that the trainers are said to be releasing on October 24. Set to drop in three colorways, the shoe is expected to retail at $150 USD. Stay tuned as any more updates surrounding the release surface.

UPDATE 08/14: Following months of speculation, it seems as if Virgil Abloh and Nike are finally gearing up to release the previously teased Off-White™ x Nike Waffle Racer SP. Set to arrive in three colorways following the theme of the “Athlete in Progress” collection, the sneakers will come in “Black/Purple/White,” “White/Sail/Silver” as well as “Teal/Volt/Black.”
The shoe sports a duo-lace design, featuring both a traditional lace as well as a hiking-inspired system. In addition, the upper sees a textured plastic-like material complete with Swoosh branding as well as Off-White™’s signature text at the laterals. Finished off with a spiked rubber outsole, the sneaker is the ultimate statement piece.
The Off-White™ x Nike Waffle Racer SP is set to release on September 5 at select retailers as well as at nike.com. Take a look at the shoe below, and stay tuned as any more details surface.

ORIGINAL POST 05/23: Following the reveal of the Off-White™ x Nike Zoom Terra Kiger 5, a first look at another potential Nike collaboration with Virgil Abloh has surfaced. Sneaker account @py_rates has revealed a forthcoming silhouette from the two, this time taking on another women’s running shoe.
Sporting a similar deconstructed look as the Kiger 5, the Waffle Racer sees a beige and white upper with hints of contrasting tones of green. The spiked track-and-field inspired design also sees Abloh’s signature tag in orange attached to the laces, as well as a silver Swoosh at the lateral.
The Off-White™ x Nike Waffle Racer in “White/Electric Green/Black” is reportedly launching in women’s sizing, and will retail at $150 USD. It is also rumored that the upcoming silhouette will be launching in two other colorways, “Black/Fuchsia/White” and “Vivid Sky/Black/Electric Green.” Stay tuned as any more information surfaces.
