Dior‘s classic Saddle Bag has been spotted everywhere from the runway to streetsnaps. The latest iteration to land in the luxury house’s Fall/Winter 2019/2020 collection is a deep blue denim piece. Covered in monogram tonal embroidery, the Saddle Bag is contrasted with gold hardware and is the perfect addition to your vintage-inspired luxury bag rotation.
In the behind-the-scenes video, the process starts with sketching out the bag. Showing off expert craftsmanship, the 3D emblematic Dior Oblique print stitching is then sewn on onto the fabric before getting cut into the Saddle Bag shape. The bag is expertly assembled together, including hand-sewing the handle onto the body and attaching the shiny alphabet hardware. Customization by adding your initials is available for this piece.
