Slated to hit theaters on April 3.

Having been delayed repeatedly over the past two years, Disney has finally released the official trailer for the upcoming superhero horror film, The New Mutants. Thanks to the Mickey Mouse company’s recent purchase of 20th Century Fox, the long-awaited movie is set to premiere this year.

As the final installment of the current X-Men movie franchise, the plot centers around five young mutants – Magik (Anya Taylor-Joy), Wolfsbane (Maisie Williams), Cannonball (Charlie Heaton), Sunspot (Henry Zaga), Mirage (Blu Hunt) and Cecilia Reyes (Alice Braga) – who are held against their will in a secret facility and fighting to stay alive. The new team will also be up against a new villain named Demon Bear, who in the comics, terrorizes the mutants in their dreams and in the physical world.
