Take a Look at Uniqlo U's SS20 Contemporary "Future LifeWear Essentials" Collection
Every minimalist’s dream.
For Uniqlo U‘s Spring/Summer 2020 collection, the fast-fashion retailer has released a selection of contemporary pieces designed by artistic director Christophe Lemaire and his Uniqlo R&D team in Paris. The range offers a selection of reimagined essential garments made out of innovative materials arriving in modern silhouettes.
The 57-piece collection for women features statement items such as the jersey tailored jacket and Twill jersey relaxed pants, as well as the light cotton Parachute pants incorporated with details like enlarged pockets and reinforced knees. Clothes in the 41-piece men’s range have been inspired by the utility of vintage workwear and military garments. Highlight pieces include Cuban shirts arriving in breathable fabrics and a hooded coat paired with a military parka. Additionally, technical fabrics and sophisticated color palettes can be found throughout.
