Go Retro in Gucci's Tennis 1977 Canvas High-Top Sneakers
Sport these trainers for a luxe ‘fit this fall.
After bringing back a low-top iteration of the silhouette, Gucci has now revamped its Tennis 1977 trainer with a retro, high-top design. You’ll want to add this pair to your rotation for a casual yet elevated outfit this season.
The Italy-made shoes arrive with ivory cotton canvas across the upper. The vintage look is accentuated with Gucci’s signature green and red stripes running down the sides, while “77” is subtly embroidered just beneath the collar. White piping details are seen throughout, along the eyelets and at the heel. The luxury house’s iconic GG monogram is embossed on the midsoles, while a rough feel is added with hints of dirt. Rounding off the design, the sneakers are lined in a forest green hue.
