Get Nostalgic With New ’Pac-Man’ 64-Player Battle Royale Game

A fun spin on the classic ’80s title.

From Fortnite to Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout, battle royale titles have been one of the biggest trends in the gaming industry this year. Jumping on the craze, Bandai Namco has now introduced a new iteration for its classic Pac-Man franchise.

Dubbed Pac-Man Mega Tunnel Battle, the new video game is a fun spin on the ’80s title, allowing 64 players to battle against one another to become the last one standing. Users will have to clear interconnected mazes, chomping away at the tiny dots. New features also include character customization and a spectator mode that lets viewers vote on which power-ups competitors will be getting during gameplay.

Take a sneak peek at Pac-Man Mega Tunnel Battle above, and watch the trailer below. The game is slated to release on November 17 for $19.99 USD on Google Stadia.
