pam pam x adidas Originals Unveil a Bold Take on the ZX 1000
Boasting hits of pink hues and leopard prints throughout.
For its latest drop, adidas Originals has tapped London-based women’s sneaker retailer pam pam to rework its ZX 1000. As part of the sportswear label’s 26-pair A-ZX collection, the 13th drop’s design is inspired by the idea of creating a shoe that is wearable yet bold enough to make you stand out.
Know as the first runner in adidas history to incorporate Torsion technology, pam pam’s take on the iconic silhouette features unique details throughout. The beige upper is accentuated with black suede, and boasts hits of pink hues and leopard-printed synthetic pony hair details. Additional elements include both brands’ logos found on the lacing system, tongues and heel tabs. Rounding out the design is the detachable ZX 1000 gold charm, as well as the initials of the retailer’s founders on the outsoles.
Priced at $130 USD, the pam pam x adidas Originals ZX 1000 will be available worldwide on November 27 via adidas’ web store and at select retailers.
