Amina Muaddi Introduces Jewelry and Bags With FW20 Shoe Collection
The designer updates signature heels and expands into new categories.
Amina Muaddi, known for her statement heels, ventures into jewelry and bags with her Fall/Winter 2020 collection. Muaddi, who also designs for Rihanna‘s FENTY, unveiled two entirely new creations — a satin handbag and crystal earrings — alongside updates to her signature footwear.
The Begum earrings, named after Muaddi’s popular Begum heel, takes the crystal pendant that adorns the hero shoe and fashions it into statement jewelry. The Amini bag is a boxy style that arrives in multiple colorways and fabrications, including leopard print satin and sleek black leather. Its various iterations also feature several hardware options, including crystal-studded and gold handles. In footwear, the Gilda mule is updated in cheetah print ponyhair as well as rainbow moiré. Appropriate for colder weather, the Danielle boot is constructed with a wedge heel and the Ida, a slouchy mid-calf style, is rendered in crocodile-embossed leather.
