Smiling "Dildo Dolls" Are Sex Toys You Don't Have to Hide
Handmade by art studio Reborn Design, they can double up as home decor.
Saigon-based art studio Reborn Design has crafted a collection of sex toys you won’t want to hide in your nightstand drawer. Dubbed Dildolls (dildo dolls), the colorful pieces boast illustrated faces and arrive in variety of curvy shapes and colors. Handmade from wood and packaged in stylish, illustrated boxes, the dildos blur the line between art object and sex toy.
Inspired by 18th century chair designs — such as the Windsor chair — and phallic furniture parts, the Dildolls are decorated with faces that give each a unique character. The “Latha” is a forest green figure painted with an alien face while the “Bondage Bambi” is a rounded cylindrical creation adorned in bold black stripes. Spicing things up, the “Phuc Mi” features several bead-like appendages stacked at the top and the “Phuc Dat Bich” resembles a pepper grinder decorated with a smiling face.
