Palace Reveals Unexpected Whitney Houston Capsule Dedicated to Charity

Celebrating the late artist through a range of varsity jackets, tees and more.

Following its New Era partnership, Palace has now unveiled its newest collaboration celebrating Whitney Houston. The streetwear label has announced that all proceeds from the upcoming drop will go towards the Whitney E. Houston Legacy Foundation.

“We are very excited to have collaborated with British streetwear brand Palace Skateboards for such a special cause, a unique capsule collection celebrating Whitney’s legacy and supporting her charitable Foundation… No doubt she would have loved to have worn it herself,” the late singer’s long-time manager and sister-in-law Pat Houston shared in a press release. Palace further added: “Whitney Houston is one of the all-time greats. We are so stoked and so honored to continue our charitable commitments this year with a line that celebrates such an incredible pop star and human being.”

The capsule collection sees a range of streetwear staples splashed with a vibrant color palette of red and yellow. A varsity jacket features chenille patches that read “HOUSTON” at the front and “WHITNEY” on the back, which is also seen on crewneck sweatshirts and tees. A photo of Whitney Houston wearing a Palace-branded tank top highlights black, cream and red-colored T-shirts. Rounding off the lineup are caps following the same theme.

Take a full look at the collection above. Palace’s Whitney Houston capsule will be launching online and in stores globally on November 13 at 11 a.m. EST. Japan and China will be seeing a later release on November 14 at 11 a.m. JST and 11 a.m. CST.
