Atelier New Regime Launches "Zero Waste Initiative" With Bag Capsule
Made with upcycled samples from previous collections.
Montréal-based label Atelier New Regime has now joined fashion’s fight for sustainability with a new project dubbed “Zero Waste Initiative.” As suggested by its name, the range repurposes defects and samples from previous collections.
Partnering with Worldwide Manufacture, the brand gives life to deadstock items with the aim to build a more circular product cycle. Each piece is recreated into five styles of bags. Released in limited quantities, the lineup features a large puffer option with zipper details running down the center. The same theme is seen on a tote bag, which is emblazoned with Atelier New Regime’s logo in contrasting white. Further adding to the collection is a vibrant orange tote reading, “4 EVER,” as well as crossbody styles sporting a waterproof closure and adjustable shoulder straps.
Scroll through the gallery above for the full range. The bags are sold out as of now, but we’re expecting the label to launch more sustainability initiatives in the future. You can learn more about the “Zero Waste Initiative” via Atelier New Regime’s website.
