FILA Taps Rowing Blazers for Genderless Ski Collection
Vibrant silhouettes guaranteed to make you stand out this winter.
FILA and Rowing Blazers have teamed up to release a collection dedicated to skiwear. The genderless range consists of a ski jacket, ski pants, half-zip fleece jacket, T-shirt, rugby polo, goggles, two hats, sneakers and boots.
Inspired by FILA’s iconic history in winter sports and Rowing Blazers’ reimagined preppy style, the line boasts a vibrant color palette of blue, green, purple, yellow and magenta, along with each of the brands’ signature shades: red, white and navy. Key designs include the ski jacket constructed out of water repellent fabric, and the ski pants featuring adjustable shoulder straps, waistband and a removable bib. Elsewhere, the tee and rugby polo come with an embroidered Italian phrase that translates to: “Rowing Blazers and FILA work in the sports world in seven different and fundamental areas: rugby, tennis, golf, sea/water, fitness and mountains.”
In footwear, the Expeditioner silhouette’s upper is made out of leather and mesh material that sports reflective details throughout. Additional elements include Rowing Blazers’ colorful crochet stripe detailing on the heel, and a co-branded quarter and sockliner. To coincide with the ski theme, the outdoor boots come with a rugged outsole and a padded sockliner. Rounding out the design is Rowing Blazers’ croquet stripe motif and branded sockliner.
