Anime Fans Can Now Book 'Sailor Moon'-Themed Wedding Receptions
Here’s what the “Pretty Guardian” wedding package includes.
Sailor Moon fanatics can take their obsession to an entirely new level with wedding receptions themed around the classic anime series. The Pretty Guardian package, a recently launched offering from Japanese wedding planning company Arc-en-Ciel, features a bevy of Sailor-inspired components.
When guests arrive, they’ll be offered welcome cocktails colored after the 10 Sailor Senshi. An aesthetically plated five-course meal pays homage to each of the Inner Senshi (Moon, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Venus), topped off with a dessert buffet featuring cake pops shaped like mentor cats Luna and Artemis. The crowning feature of the package is an elaborately decorated Sailor Moon-themed wedding cake. Cake options include a towering strawberry spire adorned with the revered Moon Stick and a tiered option decorated to resemble Princess Serenity’s Grecian gown.
Arc-en-Ciel will begin booking Pretty Guardian wedding packages starting on January 4 at the Arc-en-Ciel website.
