Brew Your Morning Espresso With Lavazza x Smeg’s Capsule Coffee Machine
An easy and aesthetic option for your kitchen.
Having launched a Snoopy-themed refrigerator last month, Smeg has now teamed up with Italian coffee brand Lavazza for a co-branded machine. The ’50s-inspired appliance makes brewing easy, being compatible with Lavazza’s coffee capsules.
Spotlighting Smeg’s distinct retro look, the collaborative A Modo Mio arrives in a rounded exterior with chrome accents throughout. Available in three shades – ivory, red and black – both brands’ logos are placed at the front of the design.
In addition to its appealing aesthetic, the A Modo Mio makes coffee more accessible to beginners by brewing with Lavazza’s coffee capsules. All users need to do is pop a pod of their choice into the machine to extract the perfect cup of espresso. Offering “Espresso” and “Espresso Lungo” dose options, the appliance alerts the user when descaling is required, the tank is empty and the capsule collection is full. Practicality is added with a built-in drawer that can store up to six pods.
Take a closer look at the collaborative machine down below. Lavazza x Smeg’s A Modo Mio retails for £199.95 GBP (approximately $266 USD) via the home appliance brand’s online store.
