See the label’s new Baguette styles, as well as a collaboration with Chaos.
Fendi, a house originally founded in the ’20s as a furrier, is now much better known for its covetable bags and accessories. The label debuted its Fall/Winter 2020 collection at Milan Fashion Week, unveiling new iterations of the brand’s popular Baguette and Peekaboo purses. Creative Director Silvia Venturini Fendi also revealed a collaboration with luxury tech accessories brand Chaos, on a line of stylish AirPods cases and other accoutrements.
The Baguette was updated in plush grey knit, detailed with gold hardware and a substantial fringed strap, while the versatile Peekaboo was revealed in winter-ready wool and Fendi’s classic beige-mocha stripe. Riffing on the brand’s FW20 Men’s collection, additional luxe takes on gargantuan Fendi shopping bags and boxes made their runway debut, this time in pastel pink instead of canary yellow.
Chaos, which previously worked with Colette and Chanel on iPhone cases, ideated shiny gold AirPods cases, gold smart watch covers and metal alphabet charms for personalizing a bag strap. A belt and crossbody harness with built-in D-rings provides a handy spot to clip tech extras onto.
