UPDATE (May 15, 2020): Following preliminary teasers that surfaced on Instagram, Nike has released official photos of its next SB Dunk Low, made in collaboration with none other than ice cream company Ben & Jerry’s.

Inspired by the popular flavor “Chunky Monkey,” the limited-edition shoe incorporates a banana yellow Swoosh and cow print paneling, inspired by Ben & Jerry’s packaging. A tie-dye heel and insole reflect the brands’ official logos.

The Ben & Jerry’s x Nike SB Dunk Low “Chunky Dunky” retails for $100 USD, and releases May 23 at select skate shops globally and on the Nike SNKRS app May 26.

ORIGINAL STORY (March 30, 2020): For its latest collaborative drop, Nike has tapped Ben & Jerry’s to create a unique take on the SB Dunk Low. Recently teased by Instagram sneaker account @94_sbchef, the silhouette features the ice cream company’s signature colorways on the shoe’s upper.

Right off the bat, you’ll notice the melting Swoosh sporting an eye-catching honey yellow hue. The entire upper boasts bold prints and tones such as a cow print found on the top layers, a mixture of green and blue colors that mimic the ice cream brand’s tub design, and white fluffy clouds embroidered onto the heel. Finally, the tongue tag features the phrase “Chunky Dunky” – reminiscent of Ben & Jerry’s classic “Chunky Monkey” banana ice cream with fudge chunks and walnuts.

The official release date of the Ben & Jerry’s x Nike SB Dunk Low has not been revealed yet, so stay tuned while we wait for more details. In related news. here’s a first look at the upcoming “Light Smoke Grey” Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG.
