Stephen Curry and Storm Reid Collaborate on Curry 7 "Bamazing" for International Women's Day
The style supports Curry’s scholarship program.
In honor of International Women’s Day, an annual celebration taking place on March 8, basketball champion Stephen Curry and Euphoria actor Storm Reid have teamed up on a special colorway of Under Armour‘s Curry 7 sneaker. The Curry 7 “Bamazing” borrows its name from Reid’s Bamazing, a platform that promotes positivity and self-love, and features the initiative’s logo on the sockliner along with encouraging phrases “Btrue” and “Bbrave.”
The shoe will support Stephen and Ayesha Curry’s annual International Women’s Day scholarship, which Under Armour will now invest in four $30,000 USD scholarships for 2020. The four winners of these scholarships will be announced during halftime of the Golden State Warriors’ home game on March 7.
Stephen Curry and Storm Reid’s Curry 7 “Bamazing” retails for $140 USD and will hit Under Armour’s website on March 8 to coincide with International Women’s Day.
