Daniëlle Cathari Launches Her First Eyewear Range in Collaboration with RETROSUPERFUTURE
Featuring geometric cut-outs and chunky silhouettes.
Following her latest Spring/Summer 2020 campaign, Daniëlle Cathari has finally unveiled her first eyewear collection in partnership with RETROSUPERFUTURE. The range includes two sunglass silhouettes available in a timeless black, a light mint green and a rusty orange hue, along with an exclusive set of clothing.
The first model, Cathari I, features sharp angles and geometric cut-outs, as well as an oversized outline and pyramidical temples. As for the Cathari II, the product’s design sports a bolder, chunky design with thick layers of acetate that sculpt the frame. Rounding out the second pair of shades is the unique technique of lens mounting, resulting in a single clean level on the frontal piece. Additionally, RSF and Cathari have created a matching chic apparel set that includes a deconstructed hoodie and deconstructed Terry shorts.
The capsule collection is now available online via Daniëlle Cathari’s website and RETROSUPERFUTURE’s website. In case you missed it, don’t forget to read our latest interview with the Dutch designer.
