Daniëlle Cathari and PUMA Bring Quiet Luxury to the Speedcat and Suede
Reuniting for the perfect fall capsule.
Amsterdam-based designer Daniëlle Cathari is reuniting with PUMA to deliver an understated, highly-detailed capsule that elevates two of the brand’s most iconic silhouettes. Blending PUMA’s rich performance and lifestyle heritage with Cathari’s signature minimalist aesthetic, the new collection focuses on craftsmanship, texture and refined construction.
At the core of the collaboration are new takes on the motorsport-inspired Speedcat and the classic Suede, reimagined with subtle twists. Reworked in smooth burgundy leather, the Speedcat adopts a modernized, laceless construction pulled straight from the PUMA archive. Its low profile, sculptural shape is finished on the heel with debossed “spider eye” graphics — Cathari’s signature logo.
Dressed in a soft blue colorway, the PUMA Suede features a premium suede upper set against a timeless gum sole. Cathari playfully wraps the shoe’s iconic Formstrip, accompanying it with a tonal, debossed CATHARI wordmark across the tongue.
Complemented by a campaign focused on clean studio portraiture paired with effortlessly styled wardrobe staples, the collection captures quiet luxury within contemporary sportswear.
The PUMA x Daniëlle Cathari capsule will be available to purchase starting September 26, exclusively at select PUMA stockists.
