Harry Styles Unveils Nostalgic Music Video for "Watermelon Sugar"

“This video is dedicated to touching.”

Harry Styles has released a music video for “Watermelon Sugar,” the hit single off his latest album, Fine Line. The new visual takes place on a sunny beach and nods to the coronavirus pandemic with an opening still proclaiming: “This video is dedicated to touching.”

Clad in a colorful, ’70s-inspired outfit, Styles and a crew of models lounge on the sand while feeding each other slices of watermelon. The three minute clip evokes nostalgia for healthier and sunnier days, when hitting the beach with friends was a safe and acceptable summer activity. His Instagram announcement of the video even cautions: “DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME. Practice social distancing.”
