Known for her unique edible works of art, Toronto-based baker Lindsey Gazel has announced that she will be donating 100 percent of the proceeds from her upcoming cookie orders to the Black Legal Action Centre (BLAC). According to the organization’s website, BLAC is a new not-for-profit corporation that provides legal aid services to low- and no-income Black Ontarians.
