Nike's Air Zoom Spiridon Cage 2 Receives Summer-Ready "Barely Volt" Treatment

A tonal design contrasted with a clean, white midsole.

Following a “Pistachio Frost” iteration of the sneakers, Nike has now unveiled a new colorway of the Air Zoom Spiridon Cage 2 dubbed “Barely Volt.” The shoes boast a summer-ready hue to add to your lineup.

Arriving in the original silhouette first released back in 2003, the sneaker is dressed in mesh throughout while featuring tonal overlays atop. With a Swoosh placed on each side, the design is complete with cut-out detailing beneath the ankle for a cage-like effect. The entire upper is dressed in a bright green “Barely Volt” colorway, while the midsole arrives in all-white for contrast. Rounding off the look is Nike’s branding in the same shade placed at the toe part of the outsole.

Scroll through the gallery above for a closer look. Nike’s Air Zoom Spiridon Cage 2 in “Barely Volt” is available over at Nike Japan for ¥15,400 JPY (approximately $143 USD).

In case you missed it, the sportswear giant will be re-releasing the Air Jordan 1 in “Metallic Silver” soon.
