adidas Introduces Maternity Activewear
Designed to adapt to the body through all stages of pregnancy.
adidas has launched its first maternity collection, a range of activewear that stretches with and adapts to the body through all stages of pregnancy. Designed in collaboration with women in different trimesters, the line features performance-ready leggings, tank tops and T-shirts.
Tops and bottoms feature AEROREADY technology, moisture-wicking fabric that takes pregnant women’s increased body temperature into consideration. Leggings in three versatile colorways are constructed with a stretchy waistband that can be worn above or below the belly. Tank tops feature racerback straps and an A-line cut that accommodates full baby bumps as well as the post-partum figure. Scoop neck T-shirts are similarly adaptable, made of high-stretch material that won’t compress or put pressure on the body.
