Super Nintendo World Launches Virtual Tour Ahead of Official Opening
Experience the theme park from your home.
With less than a month left until the official opening date, Universal Studios Japan has launched a virtual tour of its Super Nintendo World theme park in Osaka. Despite concerns over the site’s seemingly small size and the COVID-19 pandemic, the location is set to welcome visitors with enhanced hygiene and safety measures.
Those unable to visit the park in person are now able to enjoy each attraction at home. The animated website – available in Japanese, English, Korean and Chinese – takes viewers through the entire space, kicking off with Bowser’s Castle, where visitors can play Super Mario Kart. The tour continues with an adventure with Yoshi, a playground, a Toad-themed café and a souvenir shop. The page additionally provides details on how to use the “Power-Up Band” to collect coins throughout the journey.
Head over to the official website to visit Super Nintendo World virtually. The theme park is scheduled to open its doors on February 4.
Please remember to stay safe and keep your social distance at all times.
