BLACKPINK's Jennie Rules the Chanel Front Row in Red-Hot Style
The K-pop star takes Paris Fashion Week in a matching tweed set.
The latest BLACKPINK member to make an appearance at Paris Fashion Week, Jennie conquered the front row of Chanel‘s Spring/Summer 2022 show today in one of her chicest outfits yet.
Following her bandmates Jisoo and Rosé, who attended the Dior and Saint Laurent show respectively last week, Jennie became the star attraction in Paris as soon as she arrived at the Place Joffre, where Chanel’s very nostalgic SS22 runway was staged. The K-pop singer, who has been a house ambassador for Chanel since 2018, stunned in a coral red bouclé tweed set comprised of a cropped vest and a mini skirt. To accessorize, she layered a pearl choker with a double “C” logo necklace, stacked up the Coco Crush rings, and wore a glass pearl belt around the waist. Of course, the look wouldn’t be complete without a quilted leather handbag from Chanel — Jennie’s bag of choice comes in bright red and features golden hardware. A chic pair of sandal heels adorned with black bows tied everything together.

Just before today’s presentation, Jennie was also spotted in a series of promotional videos for the new collection, in which she poses alongside other ambassadors and friends of Chanel like Lily-Rose Depp and Quannah Chasinghorse. In the black-and-white visuals lensed by Inez and Vinoodh, the South Korean star plays both photographer and model, wearing a matching set of a knit bra top and short shorts, a knit jacket, a large logo tote, a metallic clutch and towering platform sandals.
