Colorful Suits Take Over Casablanca's FW21 Tailoring Collection
Inspired by Monte-Carlo’s famous casinos.
Charaf Tajer‘s fashion label Casablanca is launching a collection of tailored suits in a bold color palette for Fall/Winter 2021.
The range takes inspiration from the casinos of Monte-Carlo. Double-breasted jackets are dressed in red, blue and pastel pink, along with matching trousers. Elsewhere, diamond prints referencing playing cards are spotted on cropped suit jackets, which are adorned with diamond-shaped buttons. Highlighting the lineup is a bright green suit crafted with an artisanal weaving technique.
“Tailoring for us is extremely important,” Tajer shared in a press release. “Part of our creative process has always been to take classic elements of fashion and applying our modern take on them. For us, the challenge and pleasure of making a suit is bringing it into the modern world through the lens of Casablanca.”
