ADERERROR x ZARA Team Up on "AZ Collection"
Highlighted with pops of the Korean label’s signature blue shade.
ZARA has tapped South Korean label ADERERROR to launch a collaborative range titled “AZ Collection.”
This marks the fashion brand’s biggest partnership to date, having grown in popularity throughout the years for its deconstructed aesthetic. Launched in 2014, ADER has become one of the most exciting labels to come out of Seoul, landing collaborations with Maison Kitsuné, Casetify and Camper, just to name a few.
“In this collaboration, ADER ERROR aims to define a new generation based on the identity and uniqueness of every individual,” a press release reads. The joint project aims to represent endless creativity, as suggested by its name “AZ Collection.” ADER’s signature blue color appears throughout the range, as spotted on beanies and crossbody bags, in addition to boxy suits, sweater vests and more. The Korean label’s aesthetic is further explored in zigzag stitching, as well as frayed hems. Contrast coloring remains a key highlight, as seen on the heather gray coat with white piping details, and green-and-blue scarves and puffer jacket.
On top of the apparel range, the duo is exploring the metaverse and virtual reality through the ZEPETO platform, where users can purchase digital versions of the clothes and makeup for their avatars.
The ADERERROR x ZARA collaboration is now available at the fast-fashion brand’s stores in 10 regions worldwide, including South Korea, Spain, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, France, Italy, the U.S., China and Japan.
