Here's the Full List of the 2021 Golden Globes Winners
Anya Taylor-Joy, Andra Day and more took home trophies.
After being delayed for two months, the 78th Golden Globe Awards finally took place virtually for the first time in history. Hosted by dynamic duo Tina Fey and Amy Poehler for the fourth time, one of Hollywood’s biggest nights celebrated the best of the best in film and television.
With most cinemas closed due to the ongoing pandemic since 2020, Netflix dominated this year’s list, accounting for 42 nominations. The Queen’s Gambit won “Best TV Movie or Limited-Series,” earning its star Anya Taylor-Joy the title of “Best Actress in a Series, Limited-Series or TV Movie” for her role as Beth Harmon. Elsewhere, The United States vs. Billie Holiday‘s Andra Day nabbed “Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Drama,” while the late Chadwick Boseman was named “Best Actor in a Motion Picture, Drama” in Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom. Meanwhile, Minari snagged “Best Foreign Language Film” and Nomadland claimed “Best Motion Picture, Drama.”
