Would You Wear Louis Vuitton’s Inflatable Monogram Pieces?

The Virgil Abloh-designed pieces are now available to shop.

Initially revealed in Louis Vuitton‘s Spring/Summer 2021 collection, Virgil Abloh‘s inflatable monogram pieces are now available for purchase.

Arriving in blouson and gilet styles crafted from polyvinylchloride, the pieces can be inflated as desired. The Monogram Canvas Blouson comes in a lilac-hued translucent design covered in LV’s signature monogram as well as a matching vest in a icy blue, and the gilet arrives in classic brown LV monogram print with transparent PVC pockets attached.

The statement pieces are priced at $3,950 and $3,4000 USD respectively, and are now available online as well as at select Louis Vuitton stores. Take a look at the pieces in the gallery above, and take a look at the DIY trend the pieces sparked here.
