sacai x Nike Set To Return With New VaporWaffle in "Sail" Colorway
Following up on the “Black/Gum” iteration.
While we got a sneak peek at the “Black/Gum” colorway last month, sacai and Nike are now set to update the collaborative VaporWaffle in “Sail.” As shared by sneaker insider @leaked.sneaks, the silhouette arrives in cream shades, contrasting its predecessor.
Staying consistent with the overall theme, the upcoming kicks arrive with gum outsoles, which are accompanied by “Sail” and crisp white midsoles. The minimal hues are continued on the upper, which features suede on the mudguards, heels and lacing system. Unlike previous sacai x Nike partnerships, the shoe features a single Swoosh on each side, while the doubled-up details are continued on the tongue. The duo’s logos take over the heel tab to round out the design.
Take a first look at the “Sail” VaporWaffle in the gallery above. Nike has yet to announce an official release date, but the sneaker will likely drop in the coming months for $180 USD a pair.
