The Weeknd Takes the Stage at Super Bowl LV Halftime Show

Having explained the meaning behind his face bandages last week, The Weeknd has now showcased his Super Bowl LV Halftime Show performance at the Raymond James Stadium. The stage has been teased over the past month with Pepsi ads leading up to the event.
The musician opens the show in a car, wearing the signature red suit he has been sporting for his After Hours album. Following the grand opening, he sings his hit track “Starboy” as he enters a room to sing “Can’t Feel My Face” among a group of dancers wearing identical outfits and face bandages. The artist continues with an orchestra accompanying his vocals in the background. For the grand finale, hundreds of dancers gather on stage dressed as The Weeknd as he closes off with “Blinding Lights.”
